Tennis: Hoffman, 1966-1985
Born and raised in Denver, Irvin Hoffman was the house tennis pro and instructer at the Green Gables Country Club in the 1960s and 1970s. He was especially active in youth tennis programs in the Denver area, teaching tennis to elementrary and junior high students throughout the Denver-metro area and writing articles on sports medicine in local publications.
Tennis: Loeb, 1979 - 1985
Larry Loeb, a native of Denver, dominated the local tennis scene during the late 1970s, served as head pro at the Denver Tennis Club, and represented the United States at the Maccabiah Games in 1977. He also competed in New Zealand during his heyday, winning the N.Z National Championships in 1979.

Tennis: Morris, Carter, 1958-1981
Fay Shwayder Morris, sister of golfer Dorothy Heitler, played tennis at a fairly high level in the RM region, winning several state and local titles, even at the relatively advanced age of 42.
